Ratings come from Google reviews and reflect patient experience, not medical quality. A high rating doesn't mean a provider takes your plan: copy the NPI and search it in your insurer's directory ("Check network") before booking. NPI numbers come from the CMS NPI Registry and are matched by name and address.
CareCard explains what's printed on your card and in the documents you upload. It isn't your insurer and can't confirm coverage, eligibility or what a specific provider will bill. Always verify with the member services number on your card before a big appointment or procedure.
